The Pointy Hats pattern is simple to make. Sewing directions are given for the witch hat and the hennin, but both could be similarly made without sewing and using glue instead. Your hat can be made from felt and accessorized with decorative trim, ribbon, tulle, etc. For felt that is less stiff, you may want to add iron-on interfacing.

5/8 Yard Double-Fold Bias Trim (1/4”) for Hat Brim
9” x 13” Iron on Interfacing (Heavy- Weight or Extra Firm) if needed for thin, flimsy felt
Glue (I use Aleene’s Super Thick Tacky Glue)
Hennin
1 Sheet 9” x 12” Felt or Glitter Fabric Sheet or Fabric and Heavy-Duty or Extra Firm Interfacing
14” Square of Tulle Net or Chiffon
10” Lengths of Ribbons
1/3 Yard Decorative Trim (Optional)
6 ½” - 7 ½" Elastic 1/8” wide
Princess Crown
1 Sheet 9” x 12” Glitter Fabric Sheet or Colorful Card Stock
9” - 11" Elastic, 1/8” wide
