This PDF sewing pattern is designed to fit a wide range of 18" and some 15" dolls. The elastic back can be made wider or more narrow to fit the many different sizes.
Suggested fabrics for the Halter Sun-Dress include lightweight cotton and blends, lightweight wovens, lightweight silks or taffeta, etc.

1/2 Yard Fabric 44” wide for Short Dress
3/4 Yard Fabric 44” wide for Long Maxi Dress
6” Trim up to 3/4” wide (Optional for Front Bodice)
1 Sew-on Snap size 3/0 (7mm)
Elastic Thread (or optional 1/4” Elastic)
Steam iron
